ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is directed against the order passed by the learned Subordinate Judge, Srivilliputhur, Virudhunagar District, in E.P.No.11 of 2018 in Arbitration Case No.835 of 2015, dated 17.12.2018.

2.When the revision petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the revision petitioner submitted the execution proceedings was closed for non appearance of other side and that therefore, the Civil Revision Petition may be dismissed as infructuous.

3.Recording the statement of the learned Counsel for the revision petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
