ORDER

The petitioner has filed this criminal original petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking direction upon the respondents to take appropriate action, based on her representation dated 04.11.2015, for prohibiting Kattapanchayat and curtailing ex-communication from the village passed against her and her family members.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents, who would submit that the complaint, dated 04.11.2015 has been sent by post to the respondents.

3. In view of the above submission, the petitioner is directed to appear in person before the third respondent along with this order and lodge a fresh complaint, containing the very same https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

contents as stated in the previous complaint dated 04.11.2015. On receipt of such complaint, the same shall be enquired into and action be taken thereon in accordance with law.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
