(Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced a remand report before the Court and it was perused by us. 3.The detenue is now in Trichy Central Jail in connection with crime No.399 of 2017 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Gandhi Market Police Station.
