RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners vide order dated 30.03.2021 made in Crl.OP.(MD).No.759 of 2021 on the file this Honble Court in so far as the petitioners report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 A.M.

Order :This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR. SULTHAN BASHA.J, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Government Advocate(Crl side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

2. According to the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly and the investigation is almost completed. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the reasons stated in the petition that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and thereafter due to lock down he was unable to comply with the conditions and also the prevailing COVID-19 pandemic situation, the condition imposed on the petitioner is fully relaxed.
