Respondents PRAYER : Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents to produce the person or body of the petitioner's daughter namely K.M.Renuka, W/o.Arul, aged about 27 years and her children namely Akhil aged about 5 years and Thakshith Ram aged about 3 years, before this Hon'ble Court and set them at liberty.

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.] This application has been filed by the father of the detenu to produce the detenu along with minor children. 2.The petitioner is the father of the detenu. The respondent has produced the detenu along with minor children, who appeared before this Court and submitted that she has left for Bangalore and at present living there voluntarily. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the children may be sent along with petitioner. We

made an enquiry with the children and they are expressed their desire with the detenu being a mother. Thus, we find there is no illegal detention.

4. For the above reasons, no further orders are necessary in this Habeas Corpus Petition. Accordingly, this habeas corpus petition is closed.
