: Respondents PRAYER:Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India directing the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the body or person of petitioner's minor daughter namely Vimala daugher of Subbiramani aged about 17 years old before this Court and handover the custody to the petitioner.

O R D E R

********** [Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM,J] The petitioner is the father of the detenue, who is a minor girl, aged about 17 years. It appears that one Manikandan had taken the detenue away from the place where she was residing.

2. When we enquired the detenue she is not very clear as to where she was and she clearly stated that she went with Manikandan and as of now, she is willing to go along with the petitioner. We have also enquired the petitioner and his wife. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Based on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has been registered and the said Manikandan has been remanded to judicial custody. In the light of the fact that the detenue is ready and willing to join with the father, the habeas corpus petition is closed.
