This Civil Revision Petition is filed to set-aside the dismissal order passed in I.A.No.407 of 2017 in O.S.No.348 of 2016, dated 07.10.2017 on the file of the Additional District Munsif, Manapparai. 1/3
2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned counsel for the revision petitioner submits that the main suit in O.S.No. 348 of 2016 was disposed of on 11.03.2020 during the pendency of this Civil Revision Petition and that, therefore nothing survives for adjudication in this Civil revision petition. 3.In view of the said submission made by the learned counsel for the revision petitioner, the present Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
