ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the learned Principal Sub Judge, Madurai to dispose of the petition in H.M.O.P.No.96 of 2021 within a stipulated time. 1/4
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel on either side submit that pending the case, the petitioner and the respondent have solved their dispute amicably and they have also entered into an agreement to dissolve their marriage solemnized on 06.02.2017 by mutual consent.
3. In view of the said representation made on either side, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to work out their remedy before the trial Court and the trial Court shall dispose of H.M.O.P.No.96 of 2021 as expeditiously as possible. No costs.
