This criminal original petition is filed for a direction to the first respondent to appoint Mr.K.Chandran, Advocate, Madurai as a Special Public Prosecutor in Spl.S.C.No.36 of 2015 on the file of III Additional District Court (PCR), Madurai.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) and perused the records.

3. Mr.K.Sudalaiyandi, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the petitioner has prayed for a larger relief, it would suffice to issue a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 17.03.2016.

4. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the facts of the case, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 17.03.2016, and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
