CRIME No.126 OF 2021. ... RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner herein in Crl.OP.(MD). No.5136 of 2021 dated 08.04.2021.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.RAJENDRAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.S.RAVI, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents, the Court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5136 of 2021, dated 08.04.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly, and hence, they prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly from 23.04.2021.

4.Considering the submission made by both counsels and also considering the prevailing pandemic situation, the condition already imposed on the petitioners is fully relaxed.
