ORDER

The writ petition has been filed for issuance of writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to provide job opportunity to the petitioners in Tamil Nadu News Print and Papers Limited at Mondipatti village, Manapparai Taluk, Trichy District under land losers preference by considering the petitioner's applications, dated 01.09.2015 and 04.09.2015.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side. 3.Counter affidavit has also been filed.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court, without going into the merits of the claim of the petitioners, directed the respondents to consider the representations of the petitioners, dated 01.09.2015 and 04.09.2015 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
