*********** [Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

2. The present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents to produce the body or person of the detenu, namely, Preetha, D/o.Annadurai, aged about 20 years, before this Court and set her at liberty. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Mr.T.Mohan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that it is a case of elopement and on

behalf of the detenu, an Advocate has also sent a legal notice to the second respondent herein stating that the detenu has already married.

4. In view of the above, we find that the detenu is not in illegal custody and therefore, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
