RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition to report before the respondent police station every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.B.VETRIVEL, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.S.RAVI, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.[MD]No.2903 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.959 of 2021, dated 08.04.2021.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 19.04.2021 onwards.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the prevailing pandemic situation, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in 15 days i.e. on every second and fourth Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
