No.5489 of 2021, dated 19.4.2021 on the file of this Hon'ble Court. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.P.BANUPRASATH, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu(Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.5489 of 2021, dated 19.04.2021, for producing the sureties and for executing the bail bond. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that due to ill health of the petitioner, he is unable to arrange sureties and could not surrender before the concerned Magistrate and execute the bail bond within a stipulated time as ordered by this Court. Hence, he prays to grant further time to execute the sureties.
