PRAYER:
Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to initiate action under the land grabbing regulations against he persons named in the complaints of the petitioner in respect of the plot of land bearing plot No.1 allotted to the petitioner under the Adi-Dravidar Welfare Scheme in the light of the recent representation dated 05.11.2014, in continuation of the earlier representations to the first respondent and ensure the peaceful possession of the plot of land allotted to the petitioner.

According to the petitioner, the third respondent herein had removed the fence put up by the petitioner in her land without any right. The petitioner, in this regard, made a complaint on 05.11.2014 and she has been issued with CSR No.2854 of 2014, on 07.11.2014. But, no action has been taken till date. According to the petitioner, the third respondent is an influential person and so, the police is not taking any action against him. 2. Mr.R.Karthikeyan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, would submit that the petitioner has already been issued with CSR No.2854 of 2014 and when the enquiry notice was issued, directing her to appear for an enquiry, the petitioner did not appear.
3. In such view of the matter, the petitioner will appear before the authority concerned, who in turn will consider the complaint of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the parties concerned, including the third respondent herein.
4. The Writ Petition is disposed of on the above terms. No costs.
