Prayer: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 18.12.2018 made in I.A.No.449/2015 in CTOP No.2/2004, on the file of the District Munsif Court, Madurai Taluk, Madurai and to set aside the same and allow this Civil Revision Petition.

ORDER

The learned District Munsif, Madurai Taluk, has sent a letter requesting an extension of further time to dispose of the case in C.T.O.P.No.2 of 2004, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 09.06.2025.

3. The reason stated in the letter dated 14.11.2025 is accepted, and a further period of three months is granted to comply with the direction of this Court, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. No further extension will be granted.
