PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to initiate action under the land grabbing regulations against the persons named in the complaints of the petitioner in respect of the plot of land bearing plot No.11 allotted to the petitioner under the Adi-Dravida Welfare Scheme in the light of the recent representation dated 24.11.2014, in continuation of the earlier representations to the second respondent and ensure the peaceful possession of the plot of land allotted to the petitioner.

*********** According to the petitioner, the third respondent herein had destroyed the superstructure put up by the petitioner in her land and she put up a house, without any right. The petitioner, in this regard, made a complaint and she has been issued with CSR No.446 of 2013. But, no action has been taken till date. According to the petitioner, the third respondent is an influential person and so, the police is not taking any action against her. Therefore, the petitioner has come up with the present Writ Petition.

2. Mr.R.Karthikeyan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, would submit that the petitioner has already been issued with CSR No.446 of 2014 and when the enquiry notice was issued, directing her to appear for an enquiry, the petitioner did not appear. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In such view of the matter, the petitioner will appear before the authority concerned, who in turn will consider the complaint of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the parties concerned, including the third respondent herein.
