O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed by Mr.G.Manoharan under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 14.09.2015 and to pay the salary to the petitioner as prescribed by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) from the date of the initial appointment of the petitioner that is on 04.01.2010 as Lecturer in the Garment Technology Department of the 3rd respondent Institution and enhance the yearly or periodical increment from the date of initial appointment.

2.Heard Mr.D.Selvaraj, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.T.S.Mohammed Mohideen, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Mr.K.Govindarajan, learned counsel appearing for the third respondent.

3.The petitioner is serving as Lecturer in the Garment Technology Department of the third respondent Polytechnic College continuously without any break. He has given a representation, dated 14.09.2015 to pay his salary as prescribed by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) from the date of initial appointment I.e., on 04.01.2010 and also further for enhancement of his periodical increment. The said representation has not been considered so far.

4.Considering the limited prayer, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.09.2015 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
