PRAYER: Contempt Petition is filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 praying to punish the respondents for the willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD) No.14295 of 2020, dated 15.03.2022.

This contempt petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the order, dated 15.03.2022, made in W.P.(MD) No.14295 of 2020.

2. Learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 2 & 3 made a submission that a part amount has already been settled in favour of the petitioner and the balance amount due to him will be settled within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. Recording the above submission, this contempt petition is closed. However, in the event of any failure on the part of the respondents in settling the balance amount, the petitioner is at liberty to reopen this contempt petition by filing appropriate application. 08.12.2023 NCC :
