RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the conditions imposed on petitioner by order dated 22/03/2021 made in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.2116/2021 in Crl.A.(MD)129/2021 by this Honourable High Court.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.KRISHNAN.Y., Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.RMS.SETHURAMAN, Counsel for State Government (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD)No.2116 of 2021 in Crl.A(MD)No.129 of 2021, dated 22.03.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.2116 of 2021 in Crl.A(MD)No.129 of 2021, dated 22.03.2021 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Standing Counsel for State Government (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent has strongly opposed to relax the condition.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the learned counsel, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD) No.2116 of 2021 in Crl.A(MD)No.129 of 2021, dated 22.03.2021 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
