RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to extend the period of time for surrender as well as to comply the condition order passed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl OP(MD).No.15760 of 2020 dated 29.01.2020. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.SHANMUGAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.S.RAVI, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to grant extension of time to comply with the order dated 29.01.2021 made in Crl.O.P.[MD]No.15760 of 2020.
2.This Court, by order dated 29.01.2020 made in Crl.O.P.[MD] No.15760 of 2020, directed the petitioner to appear before the concerned Magistrate Court, within a period of two [2] weeks from the date on which the order copy was made ready. However, the petitioner did not comply with condition, within the time prescribed by this Court. Hence, she approached this Court with the present petition for extension of time to surrender and execute the sureties.

CRL MP(MD) No.3760 of 2021 3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent police 4.Considering the reasons stated in the petition and also considering the prevailing pandemic situation, this petition is ordered and the time to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court is extended by one month from the date of resumption of regular work in subordinate Courts, in view of the present pandemic situation.
