3. Hence, and also for the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the delay of 314 days in filing the Writ Appeal is condoned and this Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.

4. Registry is directed to number the Writ Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission on 31.10.2025.
