ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/A2 and A3, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 379 of IPC and 21(1) of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act 1957 in Crime No.63 of 2021, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners along with the co-accused said to have illegally transported one unit of river sand in a Tractor and Trailer bearing Registration No.TN-72AB-1495 on 08.03.2021. 3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 4.This is the third anticipatory bail application and the earlier petition was dismissed by this Court on 19.04.2021 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.4967 of 2021.

CRL OP(MD). No.7184 of 2021 5.Taking note of the fact that there is no change in circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
