RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to Relax the condition made in Para -4 of the order dated 01.02.2021 made in Crl.M.P(MD) No.587/2021 in Crl.O.P(MD)No. 14197/2020 on the file of this Honourable Court that the Petitioners shall stay at Pollachi and report before the Inspector of Police, Pollachi Town Police Station daily at 10.30 A.M. until further orders.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.LAWRANCE.J., Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.S.RAVI, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.587 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.14197 of 2020, dated 01.02.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners made a submission that the charge sheet has been filed and the same was taken on file in P.R.C.No.15 of 2021 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kovilpatti.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that he has no instruction from the concerned Police.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition. But the petitioner is directed to comply the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.587 of 2021 in Crl.O.P. (MD).No.14197 of 2020 dated 01.02.2021, after the resumption of regular functioning of the Courts and liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a fresh petition for relaxation thereafter.
