PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the second respondent to not to harass the petitioner by interfering into the family dispute that is existing between the petitioner and the third respondent under the guise of conducting the investigation.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the second respondent to not to harass the petitioner by interfering into the family dispute that is existing between the petitioner and the third respondent under the guise of conducting the investigation.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) would submit that the on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 23.04.2022. The same is recorded.

3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent police shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
