ORDER

The petitioners/landlords have filed these civil revision petitioners as against the orders passed by the Rent Control Appellate authority.

2.After the arguments were advanced on either side, the learned Counsel for the respondent/ tenant has come forward with an undertaking that he would vacate the premises within a period of one month, provided, the landlords waive off the arrears of rent. The learned Counsel for the petitioners/ landlords readily accepted the condition.

3.Pursuant to the undertaking, the respondent has filed an affidavit of undertaking dated 05.11.2022 that he would vacate the premises within a period of one month. 4.In view of the above undertaking, these civil revision petitions are disposed of with a direction to the respondent to vacate the premises on or before 02.12.2022. No costs.

5.The affidavit dated 05.11.2022 filed by the respondent shall form part of this order.
