Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.PON KARTHIKEYAN Advocate for the petitioner, the Court made the following order:- (Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.) This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.2266 of 2021 dated 09.04.2021 in Crl.A.(MD) No.139 of 2021.
2.Considering the affidavit filed in support of this petition and the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the view that the modification prayed for can be granted. 3.Accordingly, this petition is ordered. The condition imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.2266 of 2021 in Crl.A.(MD) No.139 of 2021, dated 09.04.2021 is modified and the petitioner is directed to stay at Coimbatore and report before the Inspector of Police, Peelamedu Police Station, Coimbatore City on every Monday at 10.30 A.M., until further orders, instead of appearing before the Inspector of Police, Bazaar Police Station, Ramanathapuram.
