This petition has been filed to direct the respondent and his subordinates not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry, based on the complaint of Ramanathan, pending on the file of the respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) has submitted that there is neither a case registered nor a petition enquiry is pending against the petitioners herein and hence, there is no question of harassing them by the respondent Police under the guise of enquiry.
