ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner was arrested and remanded to judicial custody since 24.09.2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 8 (c) r/w 20 (b) (ii) (c) and 25 of NDPS Act in Crime No.214 of 2018, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner was detained under Section 2 (e) of the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982. He has also produced a copy of the Detention Order to that effect.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
