ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation from the second respondent in Crime No.7 of 2023, to the third respondent.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that after completing the investigation, final report was filed on 17.05.2023 and the same was taken on file as S.T.C.No.511 of 2023, before the Judicial Magistrate, Oddanchatram. So, the matter has become infructuous.
4. Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous, with liberty to the petitioner, to challenge the final report, if so advised.
