Mu. No. 747/A2/14 dated 07.07.2014 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to approve the petitioner migration to the 3rd respondent school from the 4th respondent school to the post of Head Mistress in pursuance of the Proceedings dated 03.03.2014 of the 1st Respondent with effect from 09.06.2014 and for releasing salary grant to her within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.
