ORDER

There is no representation for the petitioner. 2.This Court by order dated 01.04.2022 directed the respondent to survey and fix the boundaries of the petitioner's property in S.No.408/2 within a period of twelve weeks.

3.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents on written instructions submits that pursuant to the orders of this Court, when the officials went to survey the land, they found that on the western side of the petitioner's property, there was a graveyard and it was fenced with a compound wall and also locked. Therefore, they could not conduct the survey. She has also produced a proceedings of the Tahsildar, Thisayanvilai dated 24.08.2023 in Na.Ka.Aa4/Pu.Ee.Ma.10/22.

4.In view of the above, this contempt petition stands closed with a direction to the respondent to furnish a copy of the above proceedings, enabling the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. 01.09.2023 dsk To The Tahsildar, Taluk Office, Thisayanvilai Taluk, Tirunelveli District.
