O RDER This petition is filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 05.04.2023.

2. On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the respondents 3 to 6 are the employees of the petitioner and they committed theft in the shop, instead of registering a case against the respondents 3 to 6, the respondent police registered the case against the petitioner and prayed an order for not to harass the petitioner.

3. On the side of the prosecution, it is stated that already the petition was closed as "civil in nature" and the parties are directed to approach the civil Forum.

4. In view of the above submission, this Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
