*********** [Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

2. The present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the body of the detenu, namely, Maheshwari, D/o.Bomman, aged about 15 years, before this Court and set her at liberty. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Mr.T.Mohan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the detenu, who is a minor, has been

secured and she is being produced before the Juvenile Justice Board, Kulithalai, Karur District, on 07.04.2017.

4. In view of the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, we find that there is no illegal detention of the detenu. Therefore, the Habeas Corpus Petition is disposed of, giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the Juvenile Justice Board and meet her daughter, on 07.04.2017. sd/ Assistant Registrar(AD-II) /True copy/ Sub Assistant Registrar To 1.The Superintendent of Police, Karur District, Karur.
