ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence under Sections 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.114 of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution on 11.03.2024, there was a wordy quarrel between the brother of the petitioner and the defacto complainant, the petitioner abused the defacto complainant in filthy language and also attacked him. Hence, the case.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner did not involve in any crime as alleged by the prosecution and petitioner was falsely implicated in this case.
