2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) has submitted that there is neither a case registered nor a petition enquiry is pending against the petitioner herein and hence, there is no question of harassing them by the respondent Police under the guise of enquiry.
