The present Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the defendant in O.S.No.235 of 2018 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Melur, Madurai District for striking of the plaint.

2. The learned Counsel appearing for the revision petitioner brings to the notice of the Court that, the said suit has been dismissed for default on 16.02.2024.

3. Recording the said fact, this Civil Revision Petition stands closed with liberty to the revision petitioner to re-open the same, in case if the suit is restored.
