*********** The petitioner submitted a representation on 04.08.2014, before the respondents 1 and 2, requesting to take necessary action against the fifth respondent for carrying on quarrying operation and seeking compensation of Rupees Ten Lakhs, for damaging his house. Since no action has been taken, the petitioner is now before this Court.

2. The fifth respondent herein has been served and Mr.K.K.Kannan, learned counsel, who appeared for the fifth respondent, has withdrawn his vakalat and even though, his name has been printed in the cause-list, he has not chosen to appear before this Court.

In view of the above, considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, a direction is issued to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 04.08.2014, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.The Writ Petition is disposed of on the above terms. No costs.
