O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J) The petitioner is the wife of the detenue. She seeks production of her husband before this Court and set him at liberty.

2.It appears that the complaint has been given after three years from the date of alleged missing of the detenu. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the detenu was in the habit of drinking. The preliminary investigation would reveal that he went on his own and thereafter, not found. 3.This Court passed an order on 06.04.2017, directing the petitioner to furnish all the service particulars of her husband, including the pension pay order number, which might throw some light on the whereabouts of the detenu, especially if he has continues to receive the pension amount which would prima facie https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

indicate that he is alive. But the petitioner has not complied with the said direction till now.

4.Therefore, we are not inclined to keep this habeas corpus petition pending any longer. However, we direct the petitioner to comply the order passed on 06.04.2017. On such compliance, the respondents are directed to proceed further in the case. 5.With the above directions, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
