No.5630 of 2022 in Crl OP(MD) No.4185 of 2015. -------------------------------- I am to invite your kind attention to the High Court's order cited above, wherein it has been directed as follows:- "This Petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Devakottai, to refund the amount, which was deposited by the petitioner to the credit of Crime No.44 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police as per the orders of this Court, dated 22.04.2015.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would subhmit that subsequent to the above said order, the amount was deposited. Because of the limitation period, cognizance was barred and closed by the concerned Judicial Magistrate.

3. Let a report be called for from the learned Judicial Magistrate, Devakottai, by enclosing a copy of this Petition.
