ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police in 2/4

connection with Crime No.158 of 2024 for the offence under Sections 294(b), 352, 353 and 506(i) of IPC, have filed this petition.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners prevented the defacto complainant from discharging his duty.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocents and they have been falsely implicated in this case. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent police strongly opposes for grant of anticipatory bail on the ground that the petitioners have seven previous cases to their credit.

5.Considering the antecedents of the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

6.Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
