ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition is directed against the order passed in in I.A.No.32 of 2018 in O.S.No.26 of 2011, dated 17.09.2018 on the file 2/4

of the Subordinate Court, Kulithalai, dismissing the petition filed under Order VIII Rule 9 of C.P.C.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the suit in O.S.No.26 of 2011 was dismissed for default on 22.02.2021 and he has also produced the copy of the judgment.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
