This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register First Information Report based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 08.05.2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions, would submit that a case has been registered in Cr.No.136 of 2018, dated 26.06.2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 294 (b), 506(i) of IPC and Section 3 of Tamil Nadu Public Property (Prevention of Damage and Loss) Act, 1992 and he has also produced the copy of the FIR before this Court.
