[Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J.] The wife of the detenu has filed this Habeas Corpus Petition, challenging the impugned order of detention passed under Tamil Nadu Act, 14 of 1982.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has sent an e-mail dated 09.09.2020, stating that the detention order has been quashed by the Advisory Board and in the light of the same, nothing remains for further adjudication in this Habeas Corpus Petition.

3.This Court also heard the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

4.In the light of the same, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
