*********** Mr.S.Chandrasekar, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the stage of admission itself.

2. The petitioner seeks a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider and pass orders on the representations given by him on 05.04.2014, 14.07.2014 and 01.12.2014.

3. All the three representations pertain to information sought for by the petitioner under the Right To Information Act, 2005. Since the information sought for by the petitioner has not been granted, he is before this Court with the present Writ Petition.

4. As per the Right To Information Act, 2005, if the information sought is not furnished within the time, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the Appellate Authority. Hence, the petitioner is directed to approach the Appellate Authority, who in turn will take immediate steps.
