Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

2. The petitioner wants the petition mentioned lands to be surveyed and demarcated.

3. Notice was ordered to find out if there is any objection or civil dispute.

4. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that there is no objection for considering the petitioner's request.

5. Therefore, the respondents are directed to survey and demarcate the petition mentioned lands, conclude the entire excise and issue proceedings to that effect within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
