ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/sole accused, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offences punishable under Girl missing @ 366 of IPC and sections 6 of POCSO Act in Crime No.336 of 2022 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner on the false promise of marrying the victim girl had taken to Asaripallam had committed penetrative sexual assault on her several times and thereafter refused to marry her. Hence, the complaint.

3. Heard both side and perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report and the statement of the victim recorded under section 164 of Cr.P.C. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

4. Taking into consideration the heinous offence committed by the petitioner this Court had already dismissed the petition filed

by the petitioner on 13.03.2023 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.4675 of 2023.
