O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM,J] The petitioner is the father of the detenu. The respondent police have produced the detenu, who is admittedly a minor girl aged about 17 years and 10 months. The detenu admits that she had gone to Ramanathapuram along with third respondent, who is a driver. It appears that she had a love affair with the third respondent and now she realised that studies are important for her life and she wants to go along with the petitioner. We have also advised the detenu as well as the petitioner and his wife. Thus, we find there is no illegal detention.

2. For the above reasons, no further orders are necessary in this Habeas Corpus Petition. Accordingly, this habeas corpus petition is closed.
