The criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.79 of 2018, dated 04.04.2018 registered under Section 107 of Cr.P.C., on the file of the respondent Police.

2. Today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions would submit that after investigation, the Revenue Divisional Officer, Padmanabapuram has rejected the petitioner's complaint on 21.04.2018, on the ground that there is no case made out under Section 111 of Cr.P.C.
