Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.MUTHUMALAI.K., Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.S.RAVI, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5896 of 2021, dated 26.04.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly, and hence, they prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

4.Considering the submission made by both counsels and also considering the prevailing pandemic situation, the condition already imposed on the petitioners is fully relaxed.
